Mr. Samuel J. Bergman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Rolyn Companies, Inc., a disaster recovery and restoration organization, which provides emergency response services to MedStar Health facilities.
Mr. Bergman is currently the Secretary on the Board of the Restoration Industry Association and a former member on the Board of Musical Theater Center in Rockville, MD. Mr. Bergman is also a former First Assistant Chief and lifetime member of the Bethesda Chevy Chase Rescue Squad. In 2005 and 2009, Mr. Bergman was awarded the Pheonix Award of Excellence and Innovation in Restoration by the Restoration Industry Association.
Certified by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Mr. Bergman has aided in the restoration of building losses following many major natural disasters, including Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Bergman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in Baltimore. He has also attended many seminars on restoration and recovery efforts.
