   Thomas J. Collamore     Chairman


Mr. Collamore is Senior Vice President, Communications & Strategy and Counselor to the President for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Previously he served as Vice President, Corporate Public Affairs for Altria Group, Inc., having joined the company as a staff Vice President in 1992.

Before joining Altria, Mr. Collamore held a number of senior positions with the government throughout the 12 years of the Reagan and George H.W. Bush Administrations. He was Assistant to the Vice President for Operations and Staff Secretary for George H.W. Bush, and a senior member of the Presidential Transition Team in 1988-89, Mr. Collamore also served as Assistant Secretary of Commerce and Chief of Staff and as Assistant Secretary for Administration and Chief Financial Officer under Secretary Robert Mosbacher. Mr. Collamore joined the Administration in 1981 as Special Assistant to Commerce Secretary Malcolm Baldrige.

Mr. Collamore serves on the boards of Citymeals-on-Wheels of New York, the Silver Shield Foundation of New York, the Public Affairs Council, the National Chamber Foundation of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Imagination Stage and the Advisory Councils of the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum in College Station, Texas, and the National Domestic Violence Hotline. He graduated magna cum laude from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. Mr. Collamore and his wife, Jacqueline, reside in Chevy Chase, Maryland with their four young children.
