Facilitates the admission of appropriate rehabilitation patients to NRH by obtaining accurate clinical data through performing on-site and record/telephone patient evaluations and by education the referring staff of community hospitals, patients, family members and external payers regarding the effective and efficient utilization of NRH program services and resources. Current D.C. license to practice nursing; CPR certification required; valid driver's license; CRRN required.Experience in rehabilitation and discharge planning.   Available Full-Time Opportunity: Admissions
