Fellowships Brain Injury Medicine Fellowship National Rehabilitation Hospital in conjunction with Georgetown University Hospital offers a fellowship in Brain Injury Medicine. Two tracks are currently available: a one-year clinical track and a two-year clinical-research track. The fellowship will provide an additional year of training to develop skills necessary for the management of brain injury patients who require acute inpatient rehabilitation and long-term outpatient management.
