The GUH-NRH Residency Program Faculty is composed of board-certified physiatrists and physicians in related specialties who are committed to the success of our residents. They are outstanding teachers both at the bedside and at scheduled conferences. Most have academic appointments at the Georgetown University School of Medicine.

The program supports a collegial atmosphere between faculty and residents. Our annual Resident & Faculty Retreat gives residents an opportunity to interact with faculty, their peers and visiting alumni in a relaxed environment. Our Welcome Lunch, held at the beginning of the academic year, introduces new PGY-2 residents to our faculty and staff. Other social functions include the Medical Staff Graduation Banquet and the MedStar Graduation Ceremony and Breakfast, as well as dinner cruises and holiday parties for staff and their families.
